When I developed Hybrid NLP, it was my vision to create a program that provided access to the powerful and life transforming tools NLP offers. Not every individual feels compelled to learn in a standard classroom using traditional methods. And, after years of research on the matter, it has been discovered that true learning requires both adequate integration of the material and interaction with other students and teachers. This means that in order to learn something fully, you need both time and access to instructors and materials. But, this can be costly and time consuming. Hybrid NLP solves this problem.
To get around time and money constraints, many NLP schools have become diploma mills offering certification after just a few days of training. Instead, Hybrid NLP provides real learning through books, videos, audio programs, and live training. Students are able to read about NLP, then are able to watch the skills being used on actual clients. You can listen to language patterns on CD and hear tips given in teleclasses, because long term learning is best achieved through multiple sensory system channels. Hybrid NLP is also cost-effective, giving students the opportunity to learn on their own time, reducing time away from work and lowering travel expenses for training. Instead of paying for three weeks in a hotel and training fees, you can learn most everything you need at home. Then when you're ready for certification, attend a 4 day seminar and take a test. That's it! And the best part is, you get to keep all the materials so that you can refresh your learning for free- any time and any where.
Hybrid NLP is a blending of “on-line” and “on-site” activities and resources.
This revolutionary learning process allows students to:

• repeat and come back to key lessons and information as many times as they need to in order to get full comprehension (you won’t miss anything).
• learn in their own environment (you don’t have to drive to and from training sites).

Training is provided through lesson plans mailed every month. Each lesson provides a series of readings, practice exercises, video demonstrations, and online testing instructions. There are also scheduled teleconferences each month and instructor led online discussions in our forum. All of these materials comprehensively cover the core skills of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training.

This innovative distance learning course is supported by an integrated information package including: manuals, audio and video recordings of past seminars, text books, flash cards, and other reference materials. In addition, each participant in the distance learning path will receive three hours of coaching and tutoring support, either online or on the phone from one of our experienced consultants or trainers (Janis Ericson, when available).
Participants in the distance learning pathway are highly encouraged to practice what they are learning in two ways: (1) with other students involved in the distance learning program, through the Internet, discussion forums, etc., and (2) by sharing and practicing what they are learning with friends and colleagues.
The distance learning path culminates in a 4 day live session in San Francisco, CA (other locations may be available). The emphasis of this session is on working directly with clients and colleagues, as this is a core skill in using NLP. We will also be testing your ability to use the techniques and select appropriate uses for the techniques you have learned.
