Track 3: HybridNLP Certification

This training track is specifically designed for individuals wishing to practice NLP as a life coach or in a similar therapeutic setting. Likely candidates for this track are current or aspiring personal coaches, teachers, therapists, personal growth seminar leaders, and healers. Prior training is not required.

What is the HybridNLP Certification Track?

This revolutionary new style of education blends the flexibility of home study with practical hands-on experience. NLP is best integrated as a practice when students are given the opportunity to use the skills in a supervised environment. And, most NLP trainings spend a large amount of class time covering concepts and ideas. Here you’ll learn these nuggets of information in a home study format. By the time you’re ready to come to class, you’re fully prepared to dig right in and start putting your knowledge into practice.

The following 8 modules make up the HybridNLP Certification Track. The following modules thoroughly cover both practitioner and master practitioner skills. With your tuition you will receive the textbook, ‘I Know I Need to Change, but How?’, a course manual for each module, a CD or DVD with associated content, short quizzes to test your knowledge, and access to online video tutorials and moderated student forums. Most individuals can complete two modules per month, and dedicated students can move much more quickly.

Certification Course Modules

Module 1: Communication Skills	How to understand others and be understood- at home, at work, and at play, building rapport with anyone, communicating with the unconscious
Module 2: Coaching Skills	Questions that yield maximum results, how to set achievable goals, troubleshooting for companies and individuals, how to know someone’s thoughts before they do
Module 3: Behavior Modification	How to shift how you feel and respond to difficult situations, replacing problem behaviors and addictions, changing bad habits
Module 4: Health Improvement	How to heal from health conditions, listening to your body, releasing weight permanently, resolving conflicts in yourself and between individuals, healing from grief
Module 5: Ericksonian Hypnosis	Hypnotic language patterns for covert hypnosis, the art of suggestion, how to properly design therapeutic metaphors, developing healthy personal archetypes
Module 6: Advanced NLP Patterns	A collection of advanced patterns for releasing painful emotions and fears, re-aligning values for better decision making, advanced regression and progression
Module 7: Presentation Skills	Clearing public speaking fears, how to say what you mean and be understood, magic words of persuasion, developing charisma, selling your ideas and products
Module 8: Success Skills	How to model anyone’s success without losing yourself in the process, how to know how you do what you do successfully and how to teach others how to be as successful as you

NLP Practitioner Training (Modules 1-4)

This course is designed to help you and your clients take charge of your life and work.

In this program, you’ll learn how to uncover unconscious barriers to having total success and happiness. Then, you’ll discover several ways to help others move through those blocks with ease and fun. This NLP program will give you what you need to assist clients in making positive, lasting changes in life, work, and health.

NLP Master Practitioner Training (Modules 5-8)

This course is designed to introduce you to the power of hypnosis for making effortless change.

In this program, you’ll learn how to utilize powerful linguistic techniques for healing, persuasion, and presentation. You’ll also discover how modeling can be used for making positive, lasting improvements in success, health, and relationships.

How to Register

To take advantage of this certification track, you must complete Modules 1-4 (NLP Practitioner) before moving on to Modules 5-8 (NLP Master Practitioner). Many students prefer to register for both programs at once, taking advantage of the reduced tuition.

What is Hybrid Training?

And, most NLP trainings spend a large amount of class time covering concepts and ideas. Lightwork Seminars, Intl gives you these nuggets of information in a home study format. By the time you’re ready to come to class, you’re fully prepared to dig right in and start putting your knowledge into practice.

How does it Work?

Upon registration we’ll send you a package of reading materials, study cards, manuals, and DVDs. You’ll spend as little or as much time as you need to learn all the material we’ve provided. You’ll have access to trainers through scheduled phone calls and email support. You will complete 3 written tests to evaluation your progress. Once you’ve successfully completed all three exams, you’ll be ready for live training.

What does the Live Training Cover?

The live section of the training program will be held over 4 days. We’ll spend most of the time practicing NLP processes with direct supervision, demonstrations, and question and answer groups. Your progress will be reviewed and feedback will be given. The last day will be your final exam for certification. If you’re not concerned with certification, feel free to register for the Home Study Course only.

You will receive certification as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner by the Society of NLP after successful completion of the distance learning portion of the program and the live training and testing portion. Certificates of attendance are not awarded. To receive certification, you must also pass 70% of online tests and satisfy the instructor’s criteria for performance at the live training that you are competent in all the foundations of NLP. This is at the sole discretion of the instructor.
