Hybrid NLP was founded by Licensed Trainer of NLP, Janis Ericson. Janis is licensed by The Society of NLP, run by co-developer of NLP, Richard Bandler. All students that successfully complete all required modules and pass the relevant tests will be certified as NLP Practitioners or Master Practitioners (depending on the number of modules completed) by The Society of NLP.
